Description: As the significant subcontractor to Caddell Construction for the construction of the ADOC’s new specialized Men’s Prison. SDAC is delivering massive excavation and site preparation for the prison including, excavation, trenching, bedding and backfill for underground plumbing and piping of the Central Chiller Plant. SDAC is also providing a significant mechanical portion of the project to include a complete Central Chiller Plant including all site HVAC piping, site value pits, interior HVAC piping, all controls and much more.
